목사가 이끌어 가는 교회
하나님은 그리스도의 몸 된 교회의 사역자로 목사를 세우시고 말씀과 성례를 집행하며 하나님의 축복을 선포하며 교회를 이끄는 일로 섬기게 합니다.
목사는 이러한 하나님의 계획안에서 하나님의 일을, 하나님의 세우신 교회 안에서 하게 됩니다. 그러므로 한성교회는 하나님이 세우신 목사가 이끌어가는 교회가 되게 합니다.
평신도 전문가가 이끌어 가는 교회
한성교회는 한성교회라는 통일성 안에서 기관의 다양성을 인정하고 다양성 안에서 평신도 전문 사역자들을 세웁니다.
하나님은 성도들을 통하여 주의 일을 이루시기 때문입니다. 한성교회는 평신도가 하나님의 일에 전문인이 되게 하여 이들이 이끌어가는 교회가 되게 합니다.
