عادة ما تكره الشخص الذي تتسبب له في الأذي بأي شكل من الأشكال . وفي الواقع هذا يؤدي إلي الحقد وبدوره ينتهي إلي الحقد والتعطش إلي الإنتقام والشماتة . ويشعر بالحزن عندما ينعم الله بنعمة علي هذا الشخص . لذلك، فالحسد هو منتج أساسي للعداوة . فأنت عندما تكره الشخص تشعر بالشماتة عند حدوث أي مصائب له أو تشعر بالحزن علي نعمة لديه .



الفخز والإعجاب بالنفس :


إذا كان لدي الشخص ثروة أو سلطة ممنوحة له سيكون فخور بذلك وأنه أفضل ممن حوله . ينظر إلي من حوله إلي أنهم أدني منزله منه. يقول الله تعالي {وَقَالُوا لَوْلا نُزِّلَ هَذَا الْقُرْآنُ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْقَرْيَتَيْنِ عَظِيمٍ} الزخرف: 31


ولقوله أيضاً {أَهَؤُلاءِ مَنَّ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ بَيْنِنَا} الأنعام: 53



حب الجاه والسلطة :


في الواقع، حب الجاه والقيادة قد يسبب الحسد عند شخص يريد أن يكون الأفضل في نشاط معين ويحب الثناء عليه بإستمرار ويشعر بالسعادة عند الثناء عليه. ويشعر بالحزن في حالة تفوق أحد الأشخاص الأخرين عليه . يشعر بالحزن الشديد وقد يرغب في موته ويتمني في أن تزول البركة التي يشترك فيها معه سواء كانت معرفة، ثقافة، عبادة، مهارة خاصة، ثروة أو ما شابه ذلك أن تزول بعيداً عنه كل ذلك بسبب حب قيادة التفرد .



أعراض الحسد :
يُصيب الشخص المحسود ضرر واضح لعلك تتأمل قصة قابيل وهابيل وقصة سيدنا يوسف مع اخواته،،،، ونهايات تلك القصص . وإليك مجموعة من أعراض الحسد . وإذا كان لديك أي من الأعراض التالية وعند رؤية الطبيب لا يوجد لديه تفسير سوي الإجهاد، علي الأرجح قد يكون حسد .

صداع غير عادي، صداع نصفي، تنميل، ألام جزئي .
التفكير بإستمرار، وتجد صعوبة في السيطرة علي الأفكار ويعمل العقل بصورة مستمرة .
حالة من الجنون : بمعني فقدان جزئي للذاكرة، التحدث إلي النفس،البكاء والضحك بدون أسباب، رؤية جميع الأمور .
عدم الشعور بالسعادة في أي موقف، مهما فعلت واينما ذهبت لا تحب هذا الشئ، لديك رغبة بعدم الإهتمام بالحياة .
الشعور بالصراع المستمر، قد تواجه العديد من المشاكل في الحياة الزوجية، الأسرية، العملية، الأطفال، المال،،،، إلخ .

عدم القدرة علي الوفاء بالوعود .
فقدان الثقة بالنفس والشعور المستمر بالعصبية والخوف وقضاء معظم الوقت بمفردك .
السلبية : تشعر بإستمرار بالإحباط و وأن لا أحد يحبك .
الأرق، وغير قادر علي النوم ليلاً بصورة طبيعية وزيادة معدل دقات القلب بمعدل غير طبيعي .
الكوابيس المستمرة بالكلاب السوداء، الثعابين، النار، الدم، الفئران، السحالي، النمل، العظام، الأطفال .
رؤية الشخص الأخر بصورة قبيحة وبشعة .
الشعور بألم غير عادي في الجسم والرقبة والكتف .
قد تعاني من مشاكل مستمرة في المعدة مثل الإمساك وإلتهابات الأمعاء .
الشعور بالأمور الغربية مثل الروائح الكريهة، الرعشة .
الوخز في أماكن مختلفة من الجسم وثقل الساقين وألام في الكلي .

أعراض الحسد علي الزوجة :
عدم إنتظام الدورة الشهرية وألام شديدة أثناء تواجدها وفي بعد الأحيان لا تأتي الدورة الشهرية لفترة .
أثناء فترة الحمل قد يحدث إجهاض .
حدوث بعض المشاكل أثناء ممارسة العلاقة الحميمية .

الرجل المتزوج :
مشاكل في القدرة علي الإنتصاب بصفة مستمرة .
الهوس بالعلاقة الحميمية .
ألم في الخصيتين .
غير قادر علي الإلتزام بالصلاة والإستماع إلي القرأن الكريم والعديد من الأفكار السيئة .
شحوب وإصفرار الوجه .

الوقاية من الحسد :
تحذير الحاسد عند معرفته. التوكّل على الله عزّ وجل، وعدم الخوف المحسود من الحاسد. قراءة آية الكرسي، والاستمرار في قراءتها بشكل دائم. الاستعانة على قضاء الحوائج بالكتمان.
