RMify is the only 1 Rep Max calculator of its kind. This 1RM calculator can be used to approximate your one-repetition maximum, calculate any percentage of your 1 rep max as well as save your 1 rep max record locally on your phone.
This is a must-have app for any person working with free weights! It doesn’t matter if you’re into bodybuilding, strength-training, olympic weightlifting or crossfit. Experienced or a rookie, RMify will give you a good estimate of your 1 rep-max and more!
Use RMify to estimate how much you can lift for 1RM without endangering yourself as you might cross the fine line between pushing yourself and putting your health at risk.
To calculate your 1 rep max, simply enter how much weight you lifted and adjust the slider to the number of repetitions you performed with that weight. Based on your 1RM, you can also find out an estimate of how much you can lift for different numbers of repetitions (up to 10).
For your convenience, you can save your stats locally on your phone to view them later. Sorted by date, your records show your 1RM and the weight and number of repetitions you used to achieve that one-repetition maximum. RMify does not share or sell your information to anyone.
