Vær særligt opmærksom på, at når du har downloadet 112 app’en, skal du åbne den og indtaste dit telefonnummer for at 112 app’en er korrekt installeret på din telefon.

Danmarks officielle 112 app er udviklet af Rigspolitiet, Hovedstadens Beredskab og Styrelsen for Dataforsyning og Effektivisering med støtte fra TrygFonden.

Med Danmarks officielle 112 app kan du starte et opkald til alarmcentralen og samtidig sende mobilens GPS-koordinater afsted. På den måde kan du få hjælp hurtigere.

- 112 app’en kan kun sende GPS-koordinater, hvis mobilens GPS er aktiveret.
- 112 app’en kan kun sende GPS-koordinater på steder med dataforbindelse.

Forsat brug af GPS der kører i baggrunden, kan formindske batteritiden. 112 app'en slukker derfor automatisk for GPS' en når du afslutter app 'en.
Hvis dit batteri er under 25 %, vil 112 app’en starte opkaldet til alarmcentralen, men ikke sende GPS-koordinater. Dette er for at sikre, at du kan få fat i alarmcentralen, uden at din telefon løber tør for strøm. 112 app’en vil også automatisk stoppe afsendelsen af GPS-koordinater, hvis dit batteri kommer under 25 %.

112 app’en skal have tilladelse til at bruge telefonens placering for at kunne sende koordinater til alarmcentralen. Den skal desuden have tilladelse til at starte et telefonopkald. Husk at sige ”tillad” til disse tjenester, når du installerer 112app på telefonen. Hvis du senere fjerner disse tilladelser skal de sættes igen. Hvis du vil være helt sikker på at 112app har de rette tilladelser, efter at du har justeret på det, så afinstaller den og installér igen, mens du sikrer dig at du har svaret ”tillad” i de pop-up-boxe der dukker op under installationen.

Denmark's official 112 app was developed by the National Police, the Capital Contingency Agency for Data Supply and Efficiency with support from TrygFonden.

With Denmark's official 112 app you can start a call to emergency services and simultaneously send the phone's GPS coordinates off. That way you can get help faster.
- 112 app only works in Denmark.
- 112 app can send GPS coordinates if your phone GPS is enabled.
- 112 app can send GPS coordinates in locations with data connection.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life. 112 app off therefore automatically for GPS 'one when you exit the app' one.
If your battery is below 25%, the 112 app start the call to emergency services, but not send GPS coordinates. This is to ensure that you can get hold of emergency services without your phone runs out of power. 112 app will also automatically stop sending GPS coordinates if your battery drops below 25%.

112 app must have permission to use the phone's location to send coordinates to emergency services. It shall also be authorized to initiate a phone call. Remember to say "allow" these services when you install 112app on the phone. If you later remove these permissions must be set again. If you want to make sure that 112app have the appropriate permissions after you have adjusted it, uninstall it and install again while you make sure that you have answered "allow" in the pop-up boxes that pop up during installation.
