How to use the app:
1. Enter the range of characters / drills you want to work with.
2. Enter the time in seconds that you want the characters to switch from 0.1 to 5 seconds.
3. Enter the Numbers of sets, work time and break time.

Decided what each character represents in terms of movements...
and start your practice!

Head up, and watch the characters switch, and ReAct accordingly

There is no competition, or score.
Only to practice YOUR moves to improve responsiveness and memories.
