The description 2 Minutes Apk

Empirical studies have proved the relaxing effect of doing nothing for two minutes. After only two to three weeks of regular usage you can feel the relaxing and calming effect in your daily life, on one hand as an increased tranquillity and an improved ability of concentration. This regular relaxation will also improve your ability to deal with stress and you'll feel more balance in your life.

Repeating the relaxation several times a day maximises the positive effect. We recommend to relax three times a day for two minutes.

People who mostly work on a computer or people with a stressful job profit most from this App.

Hint:
Get up go to the window and look outside. Mindfully take ten deep breaths. Try to feel how the breath flows in and out. It only takes two minutes but it helps you to relax and to recharge with energy and to concentrate.

Seeing the word fail so often in all caps and red is not relaxing

I tend to get frustrated ? very easily especially when dealing with electronic devices and even more so when dealing with people.(stupid people in particular) I know counting to 10 never worked for me me but maybe two minutes might do the trick, especially with some soothing sounds. Now I just need to remember to utilize it... ?

Great concept but the two minutes never seem to end as the timer keeps restarting by itself, even when I don't touch the phone at all.

The timer fails for no reason. Also the adds add to the distraction. Options like length if the break would be nice. Removed because if the timer failure

I like the idea but the app restarts the timer with a FAIL when the phone is moved. There should be a sensitivity setting or something because even while resting on the desk, it kept failing.

The app can tell if you move your phone and promptly fails you, which means I can't use it on trains, airplanes, etc. An on-the-move option that only forbids you from touching the screen would be nice. Other than that, great idea and implementation.

I only use it for brushing my teeth, but I will sometime use it for it's original purpose.

I use this with Pomodoro technique to make sure my breaks are really breaks, it is really relaxing and connects you with nature wherever you are.

Justin Smith

Kept saying I was touching it when I was half way across the room.
