20-20-20 Reminder Lite APPLICATION description
Helps you to keep up the 20-20-20 rule by reminding you every 20 minutes.
This app is focused mainly for the PC or TV users. Not intended for the mobile users.
1. Start the timer.
2. You will be reminded every 20 minutes with a beep sound.
3. After the beep, a 20 second timer starts during which you can relax your eyes.
4. The end of the 20 second also will be reminded with a beep sound.
5. Again the 20 minutes timer starts.
6. And it continues until you manually stop.
**Phone can be locked after the timer has been started. It runs on the background**
