Welcome to 360 Athlete. Our training app means you can train anywhere in the world or at any gym while still having all the benefits of your very own qualified personal trainer. We will design a specific training programme just for you written by our team of sports scientists. We will ensure you are covered from every perspective including fitness, strength and recovery.

EXERCISE LIBRARY Over 1000+ video demonstrations ranging from strength, functional, warm ups, mobility, flexibility, cool downs.

TRACKING Record from within the app each rep, set and weight for your coach to provide feedback on your progress.

ACCOUNTABILITY Stay motivated with regular check in's along with scheduled fitness and strength assessments set by your coach.

SCHEDULE Know what exercises you are doing and when. We will build your programme around your current playing and training schedule to ensure it best suits your needs as an athlete.

COACHING Feedback on exercises completed including technique and a built in messenger if you have questions for your trainer about your programme or an exercise. All exercises have complete descriptions and also video demonstrations.

SPORTS NUTRITION Get the nutrition add on package and have your very own nutritionist in your pocket, you will receive meal ideas, recipes, personalised nutrition advice and sports specific factsheets. This also includes messenger access to your own sports nutritionist.
