Simple simulation of the interaction between particles at a chemical bond level.
The sliders modify the relative electronegativities of the two elements being bonded. This leads to difference kinds of primary bonding (metallic, ionic, and covalent) and secondary forces (disperson, dipole-dipole, hydrogen bonding).
