60 Second Meditation

If you sometimes feel overwhelmed by it all, 60 Second Meditation can help you let go of a thought that's bothering you in as little as 60 seconds. It nudges you to get your priorities straight - you'll realize that the thought you're hung up on is really not that bad. Hopefully, you'll feel relaxed and refreshed afterwards and are able to carry with what really matters in life. While 60 seconds doesn't sound like much, you really have to try it to believe it!
