We'll tailor an ab routine to your schedule abilities and develop your rectus abdominis, obliques, lower back and all of the surrounding muscles of your core. Developing these muscles together will not only create aesthetically pleasing abs, but will also allow your torso to generate more stiffness, facilitating transmission of power from the lower extremities to the upper.

Note that ab exercises do not need to involve flexion (and too much flexion can create postural problems and issues for the lower back), and we will distribute your abdominal training across multiple movements and stabilizations which highly activate the abs and for which the abs are responsible.
