ACA Code Generator

"Generate the indicator code (IRS Form 1095-C, Line 14) and safe harbor code (IRS Form 1095-C, Line 16) for employee offer of coverage using this ACA code generator app.

A code must be entered for each calendar month from January to December, even if the employee wasn't a full-time employee for one (or) more calendar months. Enter the code certifying the type of health coverage actually suggested by the ALE Member to the employee, if any.

This app has two features one is ""ACA Form Selector"" and another one ""1095-C Indicator Code Generator"".

ACA Form Selector - Based on the number of full-time and part-time employees that work in an organization and the number of hours worked by the part-time employees, the app will show the employer what type of ACA (Affordable Care Act) form the employer needs to file.

1095-C Code Generator - The user will have a set of questions about the coverage and other details regarding an employee (or) group of employees. Based on the user selection, the app will generate the code for ""Line 14 and Line 16"" of the form 1095-C. The user can also share the generated codes right from the application."
