latest collection of Ada Jafri shayari in Hindi, Ada Jafri poetry is very famous across Pakistan. Ada Jafri is famous poet of Pakistan her original is Aziz Jahan. She started writing as a Ada Badayuni but after her marriage adopted Ada Jafri. She is no doubt the first female poet from Pakistan who became well-known in male dominated poetic world. Her first book was Main Saaz Dhondti Rahi in 1950. Ada Jafri has published five collections of poetry. Ada Jafarey has been recognized & awarded by Adamjee Award in 1967, Tamgha e Imtiaz in 1981, Qaid e Azam Literary Award in 1997, Baba e Urdu Award from the Pakistan Academy of Letters in 1994 and the Qaid e Azam Literary Award in 1997 as the First woman of Urdu poetry for her contributions. The Government of Pakistan awarded her with the Pride of Performance Award for Literature in 2002. Ada Jafarey was the recipient of the Kamal e Fan Award for life time achievement in literature by the Pakistan Academy of Letters in 2003. She is the first lady recipient of the award since the literary prize was established by the Pakistan Academy of Letters (PAL) in 1997.

Ada Jafarey’s first ghazal was published in Akhtar Sheerani’s magazine, Romān, in 1945. Ada Jafarey published her first collection of poems, “Maiṉ Sāz Ḍhūṉḍtī Rahī” in 1950. Her book, ‘G̲h̲azal Numā’, containing short essays with short biographies and brief commentaries on the work previous Urdu poets was published in 1987.Besides, she published five collections of Urdu poetry (‘S̲h̲ahr-i Dard’, ‘G̲h̲azālāṉ, Tum to Wāqif Ho!’, ‘Ḥarf-i S̲h̲anāsāʾī’, ‘Safar Bāqī’, and ‘Mausam, Mausam’), in addition to her autobiography (“Jo Rahī so BeK̲h̲abrī Rahī”) ,Her ghazal, Hoṉṭoṉ pih kabhī un ke merā nām hī āʾe was sung and popularised by Ustad Amanat Ali Khan.

अदा जाफ़री एक पाकठस्तानी लेखठका और कवयठत्री थीं। यह पहली मुख्य रूप से उर्दू में कवठता लठखने वाली महठला बनी। इनकी कहानी के लठए कई पुरस्कार भी मठल चुके हैं। कवयठत्री होने के साथ-साथ वे एक लेखठका भी थी और समकालीन उर्दू साहठत्य मे उनका वठशठष्ठ स्थान है।
