De fitness ruimte is uitgerust met de meest moderne apparatuur voor zowel kracht- als conditietraining. De programma’s en lessen zijn gebaseerd op de laatste wetenschappelijke methoden waardoor doelstellingen ook daadwerkelijk gerealiseerd kunnen worden. The fitness room is equipped with the most modern equipment for both power and endurance. The programs and classes are based on the latest scientific methods by which objectives can actually be realized. Our instructors suggest you put together a schedule optimally, both individually and as a group.
