L'Azienda Agraria Nobile si trova a circa 1 Km. Dal centro storico di Montepulciano in amena posizione dalla quale si può ammirare la città di Montepulciano, la Valdichiana, il lago Trasimeno ed i monti dell'Appennino Umbro-Marchigiano.
L'Azienda si estende su una superfice di circa 10 Ha. 5 Ha. a vigneto, 2 Ha. a oliveto e circa 3 Ha. a frutteto che produce le esclusive susine, gustosissimo frutto locale.
L'intera superfice è zona faunistica protetta nella quale pascolano indisturbati Lepri e Fagiani.
All'interno dell'Azienda si trovano tre poderi che, dopo un diligente ed accurato restauro sono stati destinati ad Agriturismo.
