Rinas-Elbasan (taxi 4+1)$ 35 per taxi
Rinas-Shkodër; Rinas-Vlorë (taxi 4+1)$ 50 per taxi
Tirana, Durrës tours (taxi 4+1)$ 50 per taxi for 4 hours
Regarding the tour, you can choose the places you want to visit between Tirana and Durrës, but it should be a four hour day tour. The payment is $ 50 per taxi for 4 hours.
