I'm an Icelandic pole dance instructor, personal trainer and sport psychologist. I discovered pole dancing in 2014 and fell in love at my first class, which led me to become an instructor in 2015. I love to empower and motivate other people to discover their strengths through pole dancing and other types of exercise, mobility training, movement and flexibility training.

My training philosophy and methods work for a wide range of sports and can be beneficial for everyone.

I offer online training, both ready-to-go training plans focused on various skills, as well as tailor-made programming suited for each individual and their needs. No matter your goal, we can work on it together. Strength training, specific pole training, flexibility training, mental training or a mix of any of those components, I am here to help you reach your goals.

I also assist athletes and recreational exercisers with mental training. Mental training is extremely important to enhance performance, and just like the skeletal muscles, you can think of your mentality as a muscle that can be trained! Perception is everything. With added focus, confidence, planning, communication and stress control, you are much better equipped to handle the stresses of competition training, recreational exercise, or daily life.
