appCounselling Powered By Cypher App is used for one to one communication between counsellor and client.
Client can choose chat, audio/chat or video/chat options for one to one communication with counsellor.
Counsellor can view their appointment calendar.
Counsellor can view appointment requests, can suggest new appointment time, can accept or deny appointments.
Counsellor will be notified whenever they get new appointment request. Counsellor will also receive new appointment requests on their mailbox.
Counsellor will be notified 24hours, 1 hour and 5 mins before each counselling session.
