The Novis app was launched in 2018 to help our financially-conscious customers keep track of their credit history from the credit reference bureaus, CRBs, easily, as well as to learn and grow from simple to understand personal finance articles.

Since then we have grown in our user base and evolved to offer more services to our customers. In 2024, through partnerships with licensed lenders, we now offer the ability for customers who check their credit listing status through the app to apply for financing from our lending partners easily in under 5 minutes! That's Novis: simple, fast and beautiful.

Here are the key features you can now find on Novis. Please note some features are charged. Financing applications are free but at least one credit status check must have been done through Novis.

Payments

All service payments on Novis are made via the app using MPESA service. This also enables us easily refund our customers in case there is an issue with report processing or a failure on our end.
