Increasingly chaotic urban developments make the world's architects start thinking of creating buildings that can overcome the limitations of space, energy sources, food sources and clean water, as well as the needs of the urban community will place a comfortable rest and recreation.
Fischer wants a design room where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the same room. The rotation will take 3 hours and is powered by solar panels and 79 wind turbines, with one turbine placed between each floor. Most of the structure is off-site.
