Asthma (PLUG) APPLICATION description
The long and deep breathing (pranayama) helps you to become more aware of your breathing.
By increasing the duration of your expiration without ever contraction (push / pull / apnea lungs full or empty), you can help you be more aware of your body and reduce stress. Asthma can be caused by a crisis of stress, awareness of breathing increases the mastery of breathing and the reduction of stress.
The ideal is to practice regularly (every day).
The practice is done sitting cross-legged in a place where you will not be disturbed. Listen fully this meditation by keeping MINDFULNESS FOCUS ON THE INSTRUCTIONS WITHOUT FORCING!
