ATAK Plugin: Fire Area Survey

This provides an enhanced capability for performing a fire area survey using ATAK. This includes being able to capture a walked or driven route while considering starts and stops along the route. When collecting multiple segments, this tool allows for the end user to join those segments together and create a closed shape
from the collection.
