Guests who booked directly through 1-800-Atlantis or AtlantisBahamas.com can use the Atlantis Online/Mobile App dedicated pre-arrival check-in to maximize their vacation time at Atlantis. Guests must download the app and check-in by 5 p.m. the day prior to arrival. The app also manages and responds to guest questions through a chat function with an Atlantis concierge in real time, and even assists with planning itineraries and dining reservations.
