ATS keypad Basic APPLICATION description
ATS keypad APP control ATS alarmpanels (classic) from UTC Fire & Security.
With this ATS keypad Basic "paid version for end-users", you have access to features like:
- Request status inputs zones 1-24
- Request status output 1-16
- Request status areas 1-8
- Arm and Dis-Arm area 1-4
- Open Door 1-16
Before purchasing Basic or Full version you can try out to communicate with ATS panel (classic) using your Android phone just install the Free version.
At Tools-Setting tabscreen you are able to setup connection and get the Wifi settings of this device - this IPaddress needs to be defined in the ATSpanel ATS1806 or ATS1809 which to connect to as computer connection.
At Arrow-Keypad tabscreen you are able to preform keypad action. Each action needs to be confirmed with button Enter. So when you want to Arm area 2 you type 2 ON and Enter. Also each control with the dropdown/spinner button needs to confirmed with Enter.
At Tablet-Status tabscreen you are able to see the status of 8 Areas, 16 Outputs and 24 Zones. Just click on button Get / Refresh for an update.
remark: All versions are only tested and may work only with WiFi. VPN connections can work but this depends on availability for VPN connection from your mobile phone to the ATS panel. Most cases you only need a VPN-router at ATS panel site.
