Auto Attendance APPLICATION description
This app allows an alternative to traditional office check-in and check-outs. The app works around GPS (Global Positioning System) of employees smartphone and smartly records each check-in and
check-out from and to the office premises.
How it works?
For HR Managers, Administrators
1-They sign up through our website
2-Set up office location (Latitude, Longitude & office boundary)
3-Add Employees to the system via Web based Admin panel (Employees get a welcome email on this point)
4-They will get a history of employee attendance via our web portal.
For Employee/Staff:
1-Employee gets a welcome email along with an OTP
2-Employee opens the app and tries to claim with their Email & OTP
3-Employee permits the app to access user device location
4-App starts monitoring user location and prompts through Push notifications whenever they enter or exit office premises.

Auto Check-in & Check-outs:
The primary feature of this app is to automatically check-in an employee into office when they enter a certain area of office premises. Office administrators, HR Manager and other management members can define the office location and radius from our Web Admin panel. The app also check-outs an employee when they exit office premises. The whole process happens very seamlessly.
Offline Mode:
The app continues to work even if a user does not have an internet connection and syncs with our servers when user gets internet connectivity.
Push Notifications:
Upon each check-in and check-out, user is notified about their attendance. Hence, enabling them to give a visibility of their attendance.
