As an AW FITNESS client, using this app you can view your custom workout and meal plans, along with many other features that will help assist you to reach your fitness goals. Below are is a listing of just some of the features.

- View your custom workout plan.
- View demo videos for each exercise in your workout plan.
- Availability to enter the number of reps and weight used for each set and exercise in the workout plan so you have a record saved of your workout history to try to improve upon.
- View your custom meal plan.
- Log the food items you eat to stay on track with your meal plan.
- View your grocery list related to your meal plan.
- Record your body weight and other measurements to make sure you are moving in the right direction towards your goals.
- Option to upload a front, side and back photo during your journey to see your transformation and progress along the way.
- Communicate with your trainer by using the built-in Message system in the app
