Track activity : The app tracks daily step count data by seamlessly integrating with Google Fit or Fitbit to help you keep track of your progress.
Calorie Tracking : Log your diet to know the calories consumed and burned.
Keep a Track of what you eat : Choose from a wide range of food items across India. Know the nutritional value of every food item that you consume in terms of Carbohydrates, Protein and Fat content.
MY DIARY : Keep journal of your burnt calories and eaten meals with respective calorific value and nutritional data in terms of Carbohydrate, Protein and Fat intake.
HRA (HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT): Create a Health Profile by manually inputting data to get your Wellness Score and Health Status.
LevelUp : Complete challenges and level up to win fitness points. Doing the same walking or eating the same meal might be convenient, but for the results you want, it’s good to spice up your regimen by leveling up & watch leaderboard live.
