Başarı Analiz Program Sistemleri

Geliştirmiş olduğumuz sistemde İlkokul 1. Sınıftan Ortaöğretim 12. Sınıfa kadar olan tüm öğrenci ve velilerimize hizmet verebilmektedir.

Program içeriklerimizi başlıklar halinde anlatıyoruz

--Yoklama Sistemi--

Öğretmen mobil uygulamadan girdiği sınıfı seçer ve o derste olmayan öğrencileri işaretler onaylama ekranından sonra yoklama alınmış olur. Derste olmayan öğrenci ilk 20 dakika içinde derse gelirse öğretmen öğrenciyi "Geç" olarak işaretler ve 20. Dakikadan sonra veliye bildirim gider. 1. Ders Matematik | Yok veya Geç şeklinde bir bildirim gönderilir.
Veli öğrencinin anlık derste olup olmadığını ve o derste hangi konunun işlendiğini takip edebilir.
Artık veli öğrencisinin yoklamasını gün gün değil ders ders takip edebilecek. Yoklama bilgisi gün sonunda değil anında bildirim olarak gelecek.

Okul yönetimi öğrencilerin devamsızlığını sistem üzerinden görebilecek. Özellikle kurs sınıflarında öğrencilerin devamsızlığını yakından takip edebilecek ve bu durumu veliye en kolay ve etkili bir biçimde aktaracak.

--Bildirim Sistemi--

Bildirim sisteminde duyurular yapılmaktadır.

Okul Yönetimi okulundaki tüm Veli ve Öğrencilere aynı anda veya farklı farklı bir şekilde duyuruda bulunabilir. Bu duyurular filtrelenebilir (Örn 9-A sınıfının velileri).
Yapılan duyuruları kimlerin gördüğü isim isim takip edilebilir.
Öğretmen kendi hesabıylada girdiği sınıflara duyuru veya ödev gönderebilir.

--Bap Sistemi--

Öncele okulun veya öğretmenin kullanacağı kaynaklar sisteme uygun formatta ekibimiz tarafınca tanıtılır. Sistem üzerinde hiçbir şekilde soru bulunmamaktadır. Yalnızca cevap anahtarı bulunmaktadır.

Öğretmen öğrencilerine buradan ödevleri verir ve öğrencilerde cevaplarını mobil ortamda sisteme girer öğretmende bu ödevi kimlerin yaptığını ve ne kadar başarılı olduğunu görür.

Okul yönetimide çeşitli istatistikler oluşturarak öğrencilerin eksik olduğu konulara ağırlık verebilir.

Buradaki başarılar çözülme durumu sınıf okul sıralamasına velilere bildirim şeklinde düşebilmektedir.
