A sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. No dance experience required and all levels are welcome! The bootybarre® method is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast and is our signature class. Also offered are TRX (R) group classes, Pilates, dance body cardio, HIIT (high intensity interval training), fusion pilates, level one classes, mom & me classes, intensives/workshops and more! Just added is the trampoline group classes called bootybarre BOUNCE, a fun way to burn fat while safe on joints!

We are proud to bring this one of a kind and cutting edge barre fitness program to Youngstown since 2013 with over 20 years of dance experience, fitness and Pilates certifications and a deep passion for helping women change their bodies and confidence. In addition, we offer nutrition sessions (individual or group) for those interested in working with a Registered and Licensed Dietitian.
