Deepak Chopra M.D. narrates and guides the user on an inner journey back to the time of one’s ancestors, before technology, to a time and place where one can truly be still.

The Deepak Chopra Dream Weaver app uses light pulses at specified frequencies to help the user reach a variety of interesting and beneficial states of consciousness. This 23 minute light program goes from Beta (20Hz) down past Alpha (8-12Hz) to Theta (7.8Hz) to a meditative and then dreamlike state. The light program continues after the music stops and goes to Delta (3.9Hz), a frequency associated with deep sleep.

There are no subliminal messages on these programs.
