Founded in 1976, Bell Partners Inc. is a private real estate company
focused on the acquisition and management of high-quality apartment
communities located in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and
Southwest United States.

With an average of 530 attendees, the Bell Leadership Conference is
the largest gathering of Bell’s leaders each year! This
spectacular event, each with its own distinct theme, celebrates
individual and team successes, delivers an assortment of educational
and training tracks, and provides an environment of camaraderie and
