Das Lokal bietet vier Bereiche zum Geniessen: Einen Apéro an der Bar oder an den Hochtischen, eine Tapas Platte auf der Terrasse zum Stadthausplatz, ein Event im historischen Weinkeller - und natürlich auch ein leichter Mittagslunch oder ein exzellentes Abendessen im Restaurant.
Das Highlight im benacus ist der grosse Küchentisch. Er bietet eine einmalige Atmosphäre für ein spezielles Abendessen für bis zu 8 Personen.

Die Schweizer Küche mit Blick über die Landesgrenzen setzt auf frische und regionale Rohstoffe vom Markt und bietet täglich eine neue Karte. Gerne kann man einen Blick in die offene Show-Küche werfen und der Koch Crew bei der Arbeit zusehen.

Welcome to René Schudel's Restaurant benacus - delights in the old town Interlaken in Interlaken - a bold combination of medieval walls and modern architecture.

The restaurant offers four areas to enjoy: a cocktail at the bar or at the high tables, a tapas plate on the terrace overlooking the Town Hall Square, an event in the historic wine cellar - and of course a light lunch lunch or a delicious dinner in the restaurant.
The highlight of the benacus is the big kitchen table. He offers a unique atmosphere for a special dinner for up to 8 people.

The Swiss kitchen with views over the borders emphasis on fresh local raw materials from the market and offers daily a new card. Gladly you can take a look at the open show kitchen and the cooking crew watch at work.
