Berlin - where the parties go on!
A european metropolis in constant change, with that certain something and lots of contrasts: elegant boulevads and alterative quarters, royal palaces and tenements, wild nighlt life in the city and pure idyll in Wannsee, village-like life in Lübas and noble villas in Grunewald.
Recurrent annual events like the Loveparade and the International Film Festival are only a few of the highlights in the city’s calender. The art and culture events are almost more than a person can see. Events in the German Opera, in the State’s Opera under the Linden, in the different open air theatres as well as in the German Hall are only a small part of what you can find in the city’s agenda. The numerous palaces and museums like the Museum’s Island invite the tourist to make a culure trip. Bear in mind, that Berlin is a city, where numerous fairs take place and last but not least it is the seat of the government.
