Better Pomodoro = BitROOT

BitROOT - plain simple time management.

As a time management technique: it just works!
It's FFF (Free, Full and Ad Free)

Popular "Pomodoro technique" works like that:
Loop:
1. Repeat few times: 25 minutes of work and 5 minute rest afterwards
2. Then have a longer rest (~30 minutes)

In BitROOT method:
Loop:
1. Single "Bit" of work: 40 minutes
2. Rest

So simple! :)

Many time management techniques is too strict and as a result too stressful.
Number and rigour of instructions you need to follow makes them difficult to use in longer term.

BitRoot is just a simple 40 minutes timer with log of your activity.
It's simple, but it works really well.

40 minutes is just about time to do next bit of your work.
And if your 40 minutes are just gone but you need additional 2 minutes to finish your thought, then finish it - no problem.

Than you can have your rest time as much as you really need:
- make yourself a tea or coffee
- take a pee
- make some stretching for several minutes
