Bid 4 Cleaning allows you to gather your prospect's account information including name, address, frequency, building type, lead source, type of service, days of week serviced and more. Next, you'll log room types, sizes (for more accurate quotes), and time estimates per room. You can also take photos and make notes within each room. If you record measurements, your total square footage will be listed along with your production rate based on your time estimate. Log initial cleaning charge, as well as additional services and prices for other types of cleaning such as floor care services, window washing, and more.

Included is the Profitability Module. Price the building based on production rates and/or time estimates. After generating the price, enter employee pay information and the app will give your labor costs. Add in all other costs such as payroll expenses, insurance costs, supplies and overhead. Never under-price a commercial building again! The end result will tell you how profitable this building will be - for the month and for the year (based on your numbers).

The last step is to email your prospect a copy of the quote.
