Blog Carnaval da Nazaré APPLICATION description
O Carnaval da Nazaré define-se como sendo único, tradicional e genuíno, sendo preparado e feito “da gente para a gente”. É sem dúvida a maior festa da vila piscatória da Nazaré, que atrai milhares de
turistas, bem como os habitantes da região.
Desde os trajes tradicionais às cegadas, o Carnaval da Nazaré é um evento expectado e aguardado ansiosamente pelos Nazarenos, que o vivem de uma forma profunda e apaixonante.
Todos os anos existe um “mote” que define o Carnaval Nazareno. Por norma, é uma expressão típica nazarena e que acaba por marcar o ano carnavalesco. Já os Reis de Carnaval são pessoas da terra, que de uma forma ou outra contribuem ou contribuíram para a festa, sendo o reinado uma homenagem ao “amor ao Carnaval”.
Antes da semana do Carnaval propriamente dita, são feitos vários bailes por algumas colectividades e associações Nazarenas, antecipando a grande festa que se avizinha nessa altura do ano. Os bailes de Máscaras são exemplo disso. Todos os fins-de-semana antes do Carnaval existe um baile, cada um numa sala diferente.
Uma semana antes do Carnaval, no Sábado (chamado Sábado Magro) é dia da saída de grupos como os “Bicicletas”, “Trotinetas”, “Sakanagem”, “Alberqueras” e “Tenantas”, que desfilam ao longo da vila, anunciando a chegada do Carnaval.
Carnaval da Nazaré - Desfile de Terça-Feira (2006)
Existem 2 desfiles carnavalescos diurnos na Nazaré: no Domingo e Terça-Feira. O desfile de Domingo é caracterizado pelas bandas infernais (grupos organizados onde o objectivo é pura e simplesmente fazer barulho), bem como os carros alegóricos de cada grupo. Há também espaço para as brincadeiras de Carnaval, que também participam no desfile e alegram os visitantes. Já o desfile de Terça-Feira é o com maior assistência, tendo chegado às 100 mil pessoas em 2015.
Para além destes desfiles, existe também o desfile noturno (realizado pela primeira vez em 2015) onde também se destacam os carros alegóricos, bem como todos os integrantes dos grupos que alegram e enchem de luz toda a Nazaré, num espectáculo único.
Pela noite dentro, os bailes e os bares animam os foliões Nazarenos com as marchas de Carnaval que caracterizam um grupo. Todos os anos existem dezenas de marchas, todas elas únicas, criadas e interpretadas também por Nazarenos.
Nos bailes, para além das marchas há também espaço para as brincadeiras e cegadas (sátira popular Nazarena) que também demonstram os costumes e tradições Nazarenas.
Chegando a Quarta-Feira “de Cinzas”, há o Enterro do Santo Entrudo, um cortejo que atravessa a marginal culminando com um julgamento em praça pública, realizado no areal da praia da Nazaré.
O Carnaval da Nazaré é sem dúvida alguma um evento marcante da região, atraindo milhares de pessoas para assistir e participar no “Carnaval mais típico de Portugal“.

It is certainly the biggest party of the fishing village of Nazaré, which attracts thousands of tourists and the inhabitants of the region.

There is also room for Carnival games, which also participate in the parade and cheer the visitors. Already Tuesday parade is the most assistance and reached the 100 000 people in 2015.
In addition to these shows, there is also the night parade (first held in 2015) which also highlight the floats, as well as all members of the groups rejoice and fill with light all Nazareth, a unique spectacle.
The night, dances and bars enliven the revelers Nazarenes with Carnival marches featuring a bunch. Every year there are dozens of marches, all of them unique, created and also interpreted by Nazarenes.
