Bluetooth Keyfob for Frontera

This app is a Bluetooth remote for primarily Locking and Unlocking a Vauxhall Frontera car. May also work on an Opel Frontera. It has functions for operating Headlights and Horn from outside the vehicle. For the app to work the car must be fitted with a programmed atmega powered Bluetooth board. All proceeds from the app will be used to develop a module or kit that can be easily fitted to the car. The app monitors all doors and will alert you via speech if a door isn't closed properly. The app will also try to find your location when locking the car and display when the app is next used, handy if you can't remember where you parked. There is no limit to the amount of android devices that can be configured to the car which makes it ideal if the car is shared in the family. The app was developed to resolve an alarm and locking issue that my car had developed. The app will lock the car without setting the vauxhall alarm. if the press is a long press on the lock button, a simple perimeter alarm is set. The app is setup using a PIN code and also the bluetooth pair code can be changed to give 2 layers of protection. There is also a feature that if you become locked out of the vehicle and your phone is inside the car with the app running, a text message can be sent to that phone to unlock the car. The diagnostics screen gives some indication if problems arise with door contacts etc.
