Bluetouch™ Keyboard and Mouse APPLICATION description
Wireless mouse and keyboard on your phone. Easily connect using Bluetooth.
Use your phone as a Bluetooth keyboard and touchpad.
No additional software or setup is required, only a device with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) support. Wi-Fi or mobile data is not required.
The app acts as a user-friendly keyboard and touchpad that can be used with your existing computer, tablet, smart TV, smart phone, or other applicable Bluetooth-enabled device.
The touchpad supports scrolling using a sidebar. The scroll speed and scroll direction can be customized. The touchpad also includes left, right, and middle mouse buttons. The touchpad can also display a trace of the users movement on the touchpad in order to support actions such as writing signatures or drawing.
The keyboard is a full-featured keyboard that includes function keys, arrow keys, and more. The phone's default keyboard can be used instead of the app's custom keyboard in order to use swipe gestures and speech-to-text. The app also supports sending large amounts of text using a text input field. Text can be coped and pasted to the text field, entered manually, or scanned from a barcode. The app also supports handling long-press actions on keyboard keys.
The app supports creating shortcut keys that can send up to six different keyboard keys simultaneously. For example, a user can create a shortcut key that sends the ctrl, alt, and delete keys at the same time.
In addition to the default keyboard and touchpad layout, the app supports creating custom layouts. With custom layouts, users can create their own smart TV remote, presentation remote, game controller, or other type of Bluetooth interface. Custom layout's can be exported and imported to the app.
A custom layout can support adding hundreds of items, including touchpads, mouse buttons, or custom buttons. Each item can be assigned a unique location and size within the layout. Also, there are a plethora of background and foreground colors to choose from when creating items.
Custom buttons within a layout can be programmed to send a string of text, send a combination of keys (defined by a shortcut key), link to another layout, or perform hundreds of available functions. Functions that custom buttons support include changing the display brightness on a device, adjusting the volume of a device, turning a device on or off, controlling media playback on a device, launching installed applications, and much more.
Benefits of creating custom layouts include:
