This app is a tool to turn the average personal trainer into an "Exercise Professional"
Body Blueprints was designed due to the lack of a professional image among personal trainers of all backgrounds, whether they have a 3 year degree or a 6 month course under their belts the professionalism among personal trainers is too diverse and we, as a group gain a negative image from this. Personal trainers need to be on the same level as physiotherapists, chiropractors and nutritionists, all professions inter link with one another, yet not all trainers are viewed this way. .
Body Blueprints provides a battery of fitness and strength tests of which allows each Exercise Professional to pick and choose which ones to use as they see fit. each test within the application is there due to years of research and due to literature based evidence on the effectiveness of each test.
This application simplifies the methods of getting Vo2 max predictions, 1 rep max predictions, and gives clients an overall more professional experience with their initial testing phase of training, which is essential to any new client in order to create a tailored programme.
This application will bring constancy across the board of Exercise Professionals.
