-Download the app for Android or iOS and create a Bounce account.
-The ‘start’ location will get detected automatically. Enter the destination and
click on the Bounce Taxi icon.
- Total fare will get reflected. Confirm the ride
-Once the ride is confirmed, the nearest Bounce Pilot will be allocated. The
Pilot will carry a helmet and a shower cap. As per law, all riders must wear the
helmet. With the shower cap one need not worry about hygiene
-Share the OTP with the Bounce Pilot. Once the OTP is shared the Pilot can
commence the trip.
-As the trip starts, the GPS tracking of rides is enabled
- At the end of trip, pay by cash. Invoice/receipt for the same will be generated.
-Two-way feedback loop will be activated at ‘end’ trip. Rate the experience
