Richard Metzger has owned and operated numerous retail operations in the capital area for over 30 years. A resident of downtown Albany, Richard understood the need for a liquor and wine store in the downtown area. With the help of Dave Delli Veneri formerly of Ganders Liquors, we have put together a one stop wine and liquor store experience. Selection and service are our top priorities. Our pricing will be very competitive with monthly specials and close outs that will not be found any where else.

With family in the Finger Lakes area, Richard understands the significance and value of New York wines. Broadway Plaza Liquor will therefore feature an extensive variety of New York produced wines and spirits.
