As a Personal Trainer I recognise that not everybody can afford to throw heaps of their hard earnt cash or Time at a Personal Trainer or on a Gym membership each month. But that doesnt mean you cant still follow a successfully proven Weight Loss Programme without having to leave your own home!

My Online Personal Training Programme lasts 8 weeks and will help you transform into a much healthier and happier YOU!

So How does it work?

Each week you will given a simple yet effective Workout routine to perform at home, your local gym or wherever you like. You will perform this routine 3 times a week increasing both the amount of reps and duration of the exercises as you progress through the week. You will be given your own login details and through this app you can view and log in your results and feedback of every workout aswell as upload your own progress photos and measurements.

Aswell as the app you will be invited into a Members only facebook group where you can learn how others like yourself following the same programme are getting on and you can share your own Journey. The programme starts on set days for everyone meaning that everybody in that group begins and ends the programme together!

I will also be in this group posting helpfull recipes, Example meal plans and scheduling regular Q&A videos, a chance to ask me any questions you have regarding the programme.

Rather go at it Alone?

No problem! This programme is about YOU and the facebook group and community isnt mandatory! You will be given my email adress where you can contact me anytime to ask me questions or give me feedback on how you think your journey is going.
