Cadastro Riocard

Uma nova forma de manter os dados de seu cartão RioCard sempre atualizados. Autocadastro: simples, rápido e seguro.

Com este aplicativo instalado em seu celular, será possível recadastrar os dados de seu cartão RioCard de forma simples e rápida, acompanhando o status de seus recadastramentos.
Após efetuar o download do aplicativo, ao finalizar a instalação será criado um ícone com o título Auto Cadastro.
Ao utilizar o aplicativo pela 1a vez, será necessário criar um perfil com suas informações. Somente será necessária criação de novo perfil se houver alguma alteração cadastral, substituição de aparelho celular ou mesmo de cartão.
Será apresentado um Terno de Uso após a tela da RioCard. Após sua leitura e aceitação, marcar o campo abaixo do Termo de Uso e ir para próxima página, utilizando a seta abaixo e a direita.
Na tela de cadastro que será apresentada, preencha os campos com número de celular com DDD, no formato 21999999999, sendo os 2 primeiros campos para DDD e demais 9 campos para o número do celular. Esse número é importante para receber a confirmação via SMS para continuar seu recadastro. Após informar seu número de celular, selecione a seta abaixo do campo.
O sistema encaminhará um código via SMS para o número informado. Minimize o aplicativo e aguarde a chegada do código.
Ao receber o código, digite-o no campo Código de Verificação, selecionando a seta abaixo do campo para prosseguir.
Na próxima tela será necessário selecionar o tipo de seu cartão.
Depois, será necessário informar o número impresso em seu cartão RioCard, seu CPF e RG.
Preencha todos os campos que aparecerão nas demais telas.
Digitalize os documentos solicitados utilizando a câmera de seu celular.
Envie também sua foto atualizada utilizando o enquadramento apresentado.
Após envio das informações, receberá um protocolo para acompanhamento de seu recadastro. A new way to keep your data RioCard card to date. Autocadastro: simple, fast and secure.

In the registration screen will appear, fill in the fields with mobile phone number with area code in the format 21999999999, with the first 2 courses for DDD and other 9 fields for the phone number. This number is important to receive confirmation via SMS to continue its recadastro. After entering your phone number, select the arrow below the field.
The system will send one SMS code to the given number. Minimize the application and wait for the arrival of the code.
When you receive the code, enter it in the verification code field by selecting the arrow below the field to proceed.
On the next screen you need to select the type of your card.
You will then need to enter the number printed on your RioCard card, your CPF and RG.
Fill in all the fields that appear in other screens.
Scan the requested documents using the camera on your phone.
Please also send your updated photo using the framework presented.
After sending the information, you will receive a protocol for tracking your recadastro.
