Cadillac Technician Mobile App

The Cadillac Technician Mobile App Application is intended for use by Cadillac Technicians and Cadillac dealership personnel. This application is not intended for use by vehicle owners.

The Cadillac Technician Mobile App Application provides Cadillac Technicians functions to receive and manage Roadside Assistance service requests on their smartphone. The details needed to service the customer are displayed on the phone including:

-Vehicle Year, Make, Model, and VIN
-Customer Name
-Customer Phone Number
-Service Requested (Tire Change, Fuel delivery, etc.)
-Disablement Location

Simple, one touch access to call the customer, access to turn-by-turn directions, or update the status of the job. When the job is complete, just press a button and it is stored in the job history for retrieval and viewing.
