• Please note that some handset does not support “Call Recording” functionality. It’s the recording API/driver problem of the manufacturer of the handset. If you are facing such kind of problem, at first try different "Audio Source" from "Settings". PLEASE DO NOT GIVE BAD RATING OR REVIEW FOR THIS UNEXPECTED PROBLEM. If you are facing problem of low voice of other party, then we have a trick for you, turn on loudspeaker while talking.
