App permissions:
- Check the identity and phone status. Directly call phone numbers.
Retrieve the identity of the phone (Android id) to associate the photos you upload when you suggest a point of interest. These points of interest that are suggested is for us a great help in order to complete the database, already wide. Human personnel moderate the information uploaded.
The application, on the other hand, allows you to call directly to certain points of interest if you wish by clicking on the corresponding icon.
- Location-Based Service (LBS) by GPS and networking data
Permit a bit obvious, since we use the position to obtain and display a lot of data depending on your location. For example, they perform calculations of travel route on the main screen, show points of interest by distance, and filter out points of interest that are at an elevated distance not hinder the application with information you do not need.
- Check the contents of the USB storage. Edit or delete content from USB.
The application has a lot of information, so we use the external storage to cache maps and information of the points of interest and routes.
- Search accounts on the device
Permission required to share the functions of attractions or to share our application in a social network.
- Full access to network, view network connections and see wifi connections.
Permit required to download the initial information. Once downloaded, the network information is used only for calculating certain actual distances that are queried the map service “openstreet”. The application is designed to use the minimum possible network during use.
We constantly update our database with points of interest, so it is likely that from time to time the application requests that the database updates on startup.
