Caprini

L’application Caprini est une application interactive, fournie par le Groupe Sanofi.
Cette Application est un outil destiné à vous aider à évaluer le risque d’évènements thromboemboliques veineux (ETEV) chez les patients subissant des interventions chirurgicales, sur la base du modèle créé par le professeur Joseph A. Caprini.

L'Application vous permet :
• D’évaluer et de pondérer les principaux facteurs de risque d’ETEV liés au patient d’une part ou à la maladie/l’intervention en cours d’autre part.
• De stratifier les patients en fonction de leur niveau de risque d’ETEV

Le Pr A.Caprini est un expert international reconnu dans le domaine de la prévention des ETEV.
Son modèle a été inclus parmi les échelles de référence dans la dernière mise à jour des recommandations de l'American College of Chest Physician (ACCP) 2012 pour la prévention et le traitement des évènements thromboemboliques veineux.

The application allows you to:
• To evaluate and weight the main risk factors of VTE related to the patient on the one hand or the disease / second during intervention.
• From stratify patients according to their level of risk of VTE

Prof. A.Caprini is an international expert in the field of prevention of VTE.
His model was included among the reference scales in the latest update of the recommendations of the American College of Chest Physician (ACCP) 2012 for the prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolic events.
