Cara menyusun kartu dalam Capsa Susun: Ketika menyusun 13 kartu, harus menyusun menjadi 3 baris dengan pembagian 3 - 5 - 5
Baris ke-1 : 3 kartu
Baris ke-2 : 5 kartu
Baris ke-3 : 5 kartu
Dalam penyusunan kartu harus sesuai aturan : Baris ke-3 > Baris ke-2 > Baris ke-1. Baris ke-3 harus lebih tinggi dari baris ke-2, dan baris ke-2 harus lebih tinggi dari baris ke-1, apabila salah susun akan dianggap kalah. Perhitungan kartu dilakukan saat waktu yang diberikan habis.
