Cara Amalan Puasa Nabi Dawud Lengkap Doanya

Dalil-Dalil Tentang Puasa Daud

Puasa Sunnah ini juga diperkuat dengan dalil-dalil yang shahih sehingga sahabat tidak usah khawatir lagi mengenai hal ini. Berikut ini beberapa dalil mengenai puasa daud :

Dari ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr bin Al ‘Ash, ia berkata bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam mengatakan padanya : “Sebaik-baik shalat di sisi Allah adalah shalatnya Nabi Daud ‘alaihis salam. Dan sebaik-baik puasa di sisi Allah adalah puasa Daud. Nabi Daud dahulu tidur di pertengahan malam dan beliau shalat di sepertiga malamnya dan tidur lagi di seperenamnya. Adapun puasa daud yaitu puasa sehari dan tidak berpuasa di hari berikutnya.” (HR. Bukhari no. 1131).

Abdullah bin ‘Amr, ia berkata bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam mendapat kabar bahwa dirinya (Abdullah bin ‘Amr) berkata, “Demi Allah aku akan berpuasa di siang hari dan aku shalat di malam hari terus menerus sesuai kemampuanku.” Kemudian ‘Abdullah mengatakan bahwa ia telah mengatakan seperti itu sembari bersumpah dengan ayah dan ibunya. Lantas Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda, “Sungguh engkau tidak bisa melakukan seperti itu. Cukuplah berpuasa sehari dan luangkan waktu untuk tidak puasa. Dirikanlah shalat malam, namun tetap tidurlah. Atau berpuasalah setiap bulannya minimal tiga hari karena satu kebaikan akan dibalas dengan sepuluh kebaikan yang semisal. Jika demikian, hitungannya sama saja dengan puasa dahr (setahun penuh)“. ‘Abdullah berkata pada Nabi - shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam - bahwa beliau masih mampu lebih dari itu. Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda, “Kalau begitu berpuasalah sehari, lalu berikutnya tidak puasa dua hari“. ‘Abdullah berkata pada Nabi - shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam - bahwa beliau masih mampu lebih dari itu. Beliau bersabda, “Kalau begitu berpuasalah sehari, lalu berikutnya tidak puasa sehari. Inilah yang disebut puasa Daud ‘alaihis salam. Puasa Daud inilah sebaik-baik puasa“. ‘Abdullah masih berkata pada Nabi - shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam - bahwa beliau masih mampu lebih dari itu. Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam lantas bersabda, “Tidak ada yang lebih afdhol dari itu” (HR. Bukhari no. 1976 dan Muslim no. 1159).

Sunnah fasting is also reinforced by the arguments that is authentic so that friends do not have to worry anymore about this. Here are some of the arguments of the fasting daud:

From 'Abdullah bin' Amr bin Al 'Ash, he said that the Rasulullah shallallahu' alaihi wa sallam said to him: "The best prayer to Allah is the prayer Nabi Daud 'alaihis greetings. And best of fasting with Allah is the fast of David. Prophet David was sleeping at mid-night and he was praying in a third night and sleep in the one-sixth. The daud namely fasting day of fasting and not fasting the next day. "(HR. Bukhari no. 1131).

Abdullah bin 'Amr, he said that the Rasulullah shallallahu' alaihi wa sallam heard that he (Abdullah bin 'Amr) said, "By Allah I will fast during the day and I pray at night continuously in accordance capabilities." Then' Abdullah said that he had been told it like it while vowing with his father and mother. Then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Truly you can not do that. Suffice to fast one day and take time for not fasting. Prayer night, but still go to sleep. Or fasted every month at least three days because of the good will be rewarded with ten such kindness. If so, count just the same as fasting dahr (full year) ". 'Abdullah told the Prophet -shallallahu' alaihi wa sallam that he is still capable of more than that. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Then fasted one day, then the next is not fasting two days". 'Abdullah told the Prophet -shallallahu' alaihi wa sallam that he is still capable of more than that. He said, "Then fasted one day, then the next day not fasting. This is called fasting of David 'alaihis greetings. Fasting is this David the best of fasting ". 'Abdullah was said to the Prophet -shallallahu' alaihi wa sallam that he is still capable of more than that. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam then said, "Nothing is more afdhol of it" (HR. Bukhari no. 1976 and Muslim no. 1159).
