Ciao, sono Matteo Malservisi e assieme ai miei soci e collaboratori faccio l’Agente
immobiliare dal 2000, ho iniziato appena finito il servizio militare, perchè? Perchè un
mio amico lo faceva e si trovava bene.

I primi anni sono stati molto duri, nonostante oggi molti rimpiangono quei “momenti
d’oro” dell’immobiliare io ero alle prime armi, le prospettive di carriera e di guadagno
che vedevo, mi piacevano, mi piaceva stare in un bell’ufficio vestito bene, ma era
dura, stavo fuori casa 14 ore al giorno, lavoravo (e lavoro ancora) al sabato,
guadagnavo poco e ti assicuro che non era facile, soprattutto in famiglia e con gli
amici, sostenere tanti sacrifici e tante ore senza una ricompensa economica era
veramente difficile, a volte anche per me. Mi sono chiesto più volte se tutti quegli
sforzi avrebbero poi portato ad un risultato. Ma ho tenuto duro.

L’idea del grande Franchising di cui facevo parte era quella di trasformare TUTTI i
giovani collaboratori in Affiliati con una propria Agenzia. Una bella ambizione per farti
pedalare.

Ho investito tantissimo nel lavoro, tempo e denaro e piano, piano ho cominciato a
capire le persone, le paure che gravitano attorno alla casa, ho imparato ad ascoltare
meglio, cercando di essere prima di tutto un consulente.

Ho fatto veramente tanta esperienza, ho lavorato in piccoli paesini di montagna e in
grandi città, ho frequentato decine e decine di corsi di formazione con i migliori Coach
a livello nazionale.

Ho avuto, assieme ai miei ex soci fino a 4 Agenzie di proprietà, ho fatto il consulente
d’area per il Franchising a cui appartenevo per tutta Modena e provincia, gestendo
fino a 33 Agenzie.

Poi, Il mercato immobiliare post Lehman Brothers (2007/2008) è profondamente
cambiato, sono aumentate leggi, normative, strategie delle banche e tecniche di
costruzione di immobili sono cambiate, come è cambiata la cultura di chi si avvicina
alle operazioni immobiliari.

E quello di cui il cliente ha bisogno NON è in linea con le idee dei grossi franchising,
che hanno un solo ed unico scopo e ti assicuro che non è lo stesso che hai tu, quindi
devi prendere una decisione, o continui a fare “quello che ti dicono di fare” o metti a
frutto la tua esperienza.

Io ho scelto la seconda.

Grazie ad anni di esperienza e di formazione, sono riuscito a mettere a punto un
PRECISO SISTEMA DI LAVORO per affrontare il NUOVO MERCATO immobiliare, senza
